Indoor Volleyball is a fast paced team sport played on an indoor court. Squads can be up to 12 players with 6 playing on the court at any time.
Our national governing body, Volleyball England, set up and maintains the national leagues we play in. Yorkshire Volleyball Association, our local link, set up more recreational leagues such as Yorkshire Premier and Champ.
